Jen Gens will guide you through a rejuvenating and expansive Crystal Bowl Meditation for this New Moon, offering astrological reflections as you take this special journey with the waves of crystal resonance. Crystal Sound Therapy is known to be an excellent tool for calming the mind while integrating new intentions during transitional periods. It is also known for its stress reducing and pain alleviating properties through deep relaxation as the sound waves give the body and brain a resonant massage.

Astrologically, the New Moon is dark & receptive, an incredible time for introspection to listen deep within our souls. It's a time to honor our natural rhythms and to allow for reflection & rejuvenation in our energetic bodies. We will begin with an astrological briefing along & optional intention setting. Then allow the crystal bowls to resonate your psyche into deep relaxation for rejuvenation.

Make sure to wear comfortable clothing & bring blankets + props that will make you most comfortable for sitting up & laying down.

If you'd like to bring something for an altar, please do, as well as a journal for intention setting.

$25 per person
