Are you looking to learn more about Tarot?
This class is for both new and seasoned readers to create and deepen your connection to the Tarot wisdom in an embodied, practical and celebratory form. Using methods that include journaling, ceremony creation and mythic storytelling we discover our own personal and collective connection to the Tarot. Over the course of a four-week series, we work with the two main Arcana or pathways of the Tarot.
MAJOR ARCANA: We follow the path of the FOOL through the progression of the Major cards mirroring the powerful Hero's Journey to deepen our understanding of both standard divination for each card and its corresponding hidden or spiritual meaning.
MINOR ARCANA: Each week we focus on an element and it's corresponding suit of Tarot. You will learn and study the elements of water, air and fire in relation to the Minor Arcana suits of pentacles, cups, swords and wands respectively. We will co~create ceremony each week to embody the archetypes and honor the magical elements. You will walk away from this workshop with a deeper and embodied understanding of the Tarot cards which will assist you on your journey and empower you to give clear readings for yourself and others.
Please bring: ~ a deck of traditional Tarot cards such as the Rider Waite or Crowley decks or any that are based off these two systems. ~ journal and pen
